Elaine Hogan has over 16 years of early childhood education experience. She received a B.A. and a M.Ed. in Elementary Education at Arizona State University (Go Devils!!!). She is a member of the Arizona Child Care Association. Her compassion for children and deep understanding of child development has made Yellow Brick Road the premier childcare facility in downtown Phoenix.

Minerva Valdez has over 10 years of early childhood education experience. Her training and expertise as center director sets parents at ease as she facilitates the daily operations of the center. She is bilingual and has expert ability to create a happy, comfortable workplace where parents, children and staff love to interact.

Pamela Swearingen has over four years of early childhood education experience and has just recently completed her education requirements for a Child Development Associate. Pam's early childhood knowledge and expertise enhance the team atmosphere at Yellow Brick Road.
